Here is a basic rundown on the stats if you are new to the MMA sim leagues.
CON: Conditioning - This is your physical stamina, this will dictate how quickly your fighter gets tired.
EFF: Efficiency - Technical finesse, controls your fighters movements keeps you from gassing on the ground.
STR: Strength - How strong your fighter is, weight and hitting power also influence strength.
SPD: Speed - Overall quickness, also includes your reflexes.
AGG: Aggressiveness - Helps you dictate how much you press your opponent. The higher this is the more you will try to impose your will on your opponent while also protecting yourself.
PUN: Punching - Controls your standup skill for your hands and elbows both offensively and defensively.
KIK: Kicking - Controls your standup skill for your feet and knee's, both offensively and defensively.
CLN: Clinching - Controls your ability to grab ahold of your opponent to keep him close. Also controls your ability to attack and defend when in a clinch. Clinch takedowns require a higher clinching stat but do mure damage
TKD: Takedowns - This is your ability to take your opponent down, or prevent yourself from being taken down by your opponent. This also helps you slam your opponent to the mat.
SPW: Sprawl - This is your ability to keep the fight standing so that you can effectively use your standup punches or kicks. It makes you avoid the takedown
GPO: Ground Positioning - Helps you get good ground position when on the mat, also helps prevent your opponent from getting positional advantage on you. Good for setting up subs and ground strikes
GST: Ground Striking - Controls your ability to hit your opponent when down on the mat from top or bottom position.
SUB: Submissions - Ability to make your opponents submit as well as your ability to resist a submission hold.
KIL: Killer Instinct - Your ability to know when your opponent is weak and when to finish him off. Is especially important to striking.
INR: Intelligence/Reflexes - Determines your fighters overall level of fighting. Helps you dictate the fight, or the way it is fought. Helps you throw your opponent off his gameplan. Is especially important to grappling.
TGH: Toughness - Your ability to absorb physical punishment.
HRT: Heart - Your mental state, controls your pride and bravery. Helps you fight off submissions and fight through tough situations.
