teams are for pussies. In JC a team can help you. Here like the ABA, IFA and RFC, teams are meaningless.

Only for now. I do want to have Teams be more involved in Training fighters. Plus I also hope to have team events later on as well.

Sure you can say it's meaningless, but that's the whole damn point in that league, it's like the IFL in which your team has to win in order for you to be any good. This just proves how dumb you are.

Nuh UH!! You're a moron Thomson. I understand the team concept, but what I was saying is that there is no bonus to being on a team like JC gives you. JC rules. The end.

I understand what you mean, but there's advantages to being on a team. You can get training advice, strategy advice, or just information about the sim from people you can trust. I understand that being able to mooch off of the money your other team members make is an advantage to being on a team but that's unrealistic. Fighters don't win and then put their paycheck into a pot and let their teammates take what they want to better themselves.

Problem with the whole team concept is that you can't always trust your teammates. Guys like Garrett Sandeen changed teams like he changed underwear. Paul Vincente left his team and he was captain. I'm not saying they cheated but they had knowledge of all the guys they trained with. You can't tell me they didn't consider it when advising their new team. I think Garrett was on like 4 teams. It's bullshit imo. Besides when you have ammassed all the knowledge I have there's no reason to share it with lesser fighters.

See when you explain stuff and you don't seem bitchy about it, then I agree with you.

It's bullshit when people do that, but if you choose to be on some douchebags team then so be it. That's not directed towards you Norbert, we know where you stand when it comes to teams.

About as much to teams in the simulator leagues as it is in reality. I can honestly say this from personal knowledge. Being with a team program in the MMA world really only lends you the knowledge of fellow fighters. Sparring with them and learning techniques that they've perfected to combat against other skills and fighting styles. Aside from that, Thomson hit it on the head, We damn sure don't give our paychecks to each other. Granted, If we need something collectivly as a team (I.E. New Heavy Bag, Kick Blocks, Weights, What have you) we will pitch in as a group and carry a little of the weight from one person to the next to get these things for ourselves, But as far as "Hey man, I need to get me some new gloves." Psshhh, Better stop buying those video games for a couple months, brother. -laughs-
