As the rule pages said that it cost .5 to more up or down 5 pounds I will be adding this update that when you announce that you are planing on changing weight class then you can gain or loss10 pounds for free before you have to spend your .5 per 5 pounds for weight training.
Weight training can use your Individual or your team training points.

How is the stat loss applied? Do I decide where I lose points, or is that already determined? Or do you just sort of surprise me?
Also, depending on how much weight I gain in the end, the deduction to points will drop me back under the 110 mark. Will that reinstate my free weekly training until I max out again?

I thought it was only free until you got 20 fights. Then you have to win to get them shits.

There are no stat loss. That is why I decided to have fighter spend training points as the way to go up or down weight. Spending your training losing or gaining weight and maintaining your skill level.

I thought it was only free until you got 20 fights. Then you have to win to get them shits. With the new year it was changed to a max of 110 total points. then you stop getting the free points. The training staff should notify you when this happens.

So basically, what you're saying is that if I want to go up past 215. I have to wait until I win fights, right?
