I would just try to find two other FA's and start another team, it's not hard to run.

I'm new and need to learn the ropes but I'm willing to startup a team with you seba1. Maybe if you know what you're doing I can learn from you. I would enjoy being under someone's wing for a while.

If Kain (my other fighter) wasn't on a team already I would join and help you guys out but I think there is a rule against that for mixed interest reasons but I can still try to help you. Conrad is pretty approachable along with a the majority of the members for help as well.
