Jack I thought this had the makings for a great fight. And you know what it was. Sure it was short but it was still good. It was good to get in the ring and see what all the talk was about. And yeah most of the talk lived up to it.

Now no offense to you Jack but I did feel a little left out leading up to this match. But that has nothing to do with you. It has to do with your team leaders Norbie and Mr Graham and also Mr. Grogen. Your team leaders seemed to think that you should have a free pass to the title fight or that you should just be handed the LHW title. Now I have respect for both of those men based on their in ring abilities. But they need to shut their damn mouths and let their fighters do the talking. Most dominant fighter on the planet huh Jeff???

Grogen, in case you have forgotten we are even against each other so far. So be for you go getting all high and mighty you might just wanna think about that... Hopefully I'll be seeing you soon.

Jack you do this every time someone says something about anybody thats teaching you. You did it about Dux and then after he said he wasn't his best you basically wanted nothing to do with him. In terms of in-ring ability I know Sykes and Graham are better. I said it once and I'll say it again. I respect their in-ring game, they are two of the best. But they need to let you and Kash and the other boys at GFS do their own talking.

You don't see Jimmy come running up and badmouthing you or any of the GFS fighters or coaches when you talk shit towards me or when I have a fight with you. No you don't. Jimmy prepares us for the next fight we have. He lets us and our skills do the talking.

Now I'm willing to let this shit slide off my back. You are a great fighter and like I said I can't wait to see what happens in our next match. I'm still going to do what I do and say what I say, so if you put me on some list so be it.

I know what I need to do, you had the experience, but now I"ve had the pleasure of facing Brent Aston to figure out just WHAT his gameplan is...This is the part where I hit the gym and break that game plan down and turn your gameplan into my gameplan and send you out for a nice nap.
