Enters Lucio Lisboa of Brazil. He has his head down, facing the podium, as the reporters all take pictures of him.
He has lost his second consecutive fight, and looked very poor in them also. His most recent one was a TKO by Brian O'Driscoll, whom is another up and comer in the LHW division. The ground and pound was brutal, and Lucio didn't do a thing to defend himself. The sad thing was, Lucio showed no threat from the start. He didn't land a shot. He got took down, and then had his ass handed to him on the ground. Lucio looks up towards the crowd, with his bruised and battered face, talking, while a translator was by his side.
"I've hit rock bottom in my career. I can't seem to focus in any of my matches anymore. This might be the end of something that never started. I apologize to all the fans that I've disappointed. I apologize to all of the fans that wish for me to do better. I'm sorry. I'm at an all time low."
Lucio took some time to recollect himself.
"Big props to Brian. He did his thing, and he has a future in this sport. The man is an animal, and hits like a truck. He's the real deal, I respect that man."
Lucio stated a couple more words.
"I might have to join a camp. It may be my only way to bounce back. I apologize again. I will come back, I will live up to my potential."
Lucio walked off the podium with a disappointed, frustrated look on his face. A look of shame. It looks like the 'Lurker' hasn't been on a hot streak lately. His debut was a sight to see, but his past two fights were horrific. He seemed to look like an amateur out there. Only time can tell where he'll end up in the next coming fights. Is he already washed up, when he hasn't even made it yet?
