It looks like the event is set no? TNG 44: GFS vs. Manslaughter, I cannot wait yes? There are going to be some great fights on that card no? I might as well already wish the best of luck to my opponent Jason Kash. It'll be a great fight man, lets put on another exciting fight and steal the show yes?

I'd like to see how this card plays out. Will we see Graham come out of retirement? To even be on this card with the people who will compete on it is an honor. Since we're talking about honor anyway...
If the Title is on the line or not JZ, it is always a pleasure to step into the cage with you. Makes the entire week exciting. Hopefully we get a good preview column about this card because it is the card of the year.

It's finishing unfinished business and that's all. Us older guys have had our time to shine and we have only to settle this between ourselves. As far as I'm concerned the whole Gym vs. Gym thing just makes it that much more interesting. Best of luck to GFS, I hope they bring their A games because my guys will be more than ready. |

Being retired means not stepping infront of live crowds to battle inside the cage. Training and coaching younger talent is part of being retired. So to step back into the cage, one must train and therefore comes out of retirement even if for the one fight. We will see the return of the ground game that Jeff Graham brings to the table along with his handful of other Legendary talents. We expect your "A" game which is why you'll see our "A+" games...We will win the night and the respect of soHK Top Team.

Something I have always said, Just because you have the best people, does not make you the best team.
If somebody came to UFC and took each champion and made a team out of them, that wouldn't be the best team, just the best fighters. But if somebody came in and took a no name fighter from each class, and turned them into champions, that would be the best team.
Now did GFS just come in and pick up Great fighters, or did they take nobodies and turn them into champions?
now from this perspective, is GFS the best team, or did they just have the best fighters.

Manslaughter took people who weren't near their prime yet and turned them into champions or championship material. GFS has done the same, only they had KING who was independent for a while. After joining GFS he turned into a monster though. Tadashi and Miles have had some memorable fights. Joker was a great fighter before joining GFS, but GFS has helped him find his submission game. Kash is the exception over there, he seems to have a hard time finding his stride. I'm sure the coaches over at GFS are working diligently to help him become a champion though and I know one day he will be. |
